The exterior of the buildings are designed to emphasize their gracious living as well as to compliment the future development of townhomes to the east. The mass of the buildings is scaled down by introducing different color materials in a layering affect. The residential character of the buildings is emphasized by the shingle roof and gable accents which decorate the east and west elevations of the buildings.
